Financials

We publish our financials because we believe trust is earned through verifiable honesty.

How this works

Expenses are published at line-item level; every transaction, with date, description, category, and amount. Where an expense is shared between personal and business use (such as AI subscriptions), we disclose the full amount and the business-use percentage.

Revenue will be published per-project (anonymized) once client work begins, showing contract value, actual cost, and margin for each engagement.

External review: A CPA reviews these financials on a quarterly basis once there is meaningful financial activity. Review reports will be linked here. Resengi is currently in its founding phase, CPA reviews will begin after the first full quarter of operations.

Note on shared tooling: AI subscriptions (Claude Max, ChatGPT Pro, Google One AI Pro) are expensed at 80%. While actual business use is closer to 90–95%, we use 80% because we would rather understate our business expenses than overstate them. If this ratio ever drops, we will update the figure and disclose the change here.
